Attend the STAR Life Course
The STAR Life Course is a transformative and free 6-week (Lite) or 12-week online program designed to support individuals dealing with addictive habits or behaviours. The STAR Life Course focuses on the importance of the Mind, Body & Spirit in a person’s recovery journey.
Become a STAR-approved centre
